Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Graduate with parking experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with clients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Support client relations and promote a professional image of the business.
• Supervise frontline staff, prepare month-end reports, and monitor time cards.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed by Facility Manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and auditing of cashier reports.
• Respond to customer questions and maintain safety and compliance.
• Know the garage layout and major surrounding streets to aid operations.
