Responsibilities include assisting customers, equipment maintenance, safety reporting, and staying knowledgeable about garage areas and local streets. Requires a minimal high school diploma and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly and asks clarifying questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.
• Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests.
• Adaptability: adjust to changes and unexpected events.
• Judgment: demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• License: valid state driver's license with current address.
• Physical demands: ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Help maintain and repair parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other duties as needed.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage area and nearby streets.
• Complete other duties as needed.
