Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a location associate to support daily parking operations in Walnut Creek. You will assist with customer service, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and policy adherence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, with an emphasis on clear communication, reliability, and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and some related experience or training.
• Clear spoken and written communication abilities.

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location following contractual guidelines.
• Contribute to client and customer satisfaction programs.
• Help manage daily activities of the assigned location.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and safety compliance.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and repairs of parking equipment.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Support overall housekeeping and debris cleanup as directed.
• Gain thorough knowledge of garage areas and local roads.
• Perform other duties as needed.
