Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a location operations associate to support daily parking operations in Brooklyn. You will assist with client relations, maintain professional standards, and help manage day-to-day activities of the location while ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines.

This role requires basic education, clear oral and written communication, and strong customer service orientation. Physical tasks include occasional lifting and staying active on-site.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly and listens; responds to questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.
• Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and assists customers.
• Adaptability: able to adjust to changes and delays.
• Judgment: uses sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Foster client relations and promote a professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the location.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents or hazards.
• Assist in maintenance/repair of parking equipment; perform general tasks as directed.
• Know the garage layout and major streets/landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
