Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking an Operations Associate for the US-NJ Egg Harbor Township location. The role focuses on day-to-day parking operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and promoting a professional image to clients and customers.

You will support staff, prepare month-end reports, process deposits, and assist with facilities maintenance as needed. A high school diploma and parking experience are preferred, with a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow guidelines and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities: staff scheduling, closing reports, deposits, training frontline staff, and handling damage claims.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and answer questions.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
