Job summary

SP+ Wilmington is seeking a Parking Attendant to support daily operations at the location. You will assist in managing operations, interact with clients, supervise front-line staff, and help prepare reports and budgets in line with contractual guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, basic parking experience, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends; you must have a valid driver’s license and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with at least six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekends may be required depending on location.
• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks clarifying questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location following contractual guidelines.
• Engage in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor property-level financial and operational goals.
• Assist with hiring/training frontline staff and preparing month-end reports.
• Audit daily cashier shift reports and monitor time cards.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and ensure safety compliance.
