Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a location attendant in Nashville to support daily parking operations and uphold a professional image for clients.

You will assist with customer interactions, supervise frontline staff, process deposits, prepare reports, and help manage equipment and safety. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; weekend or second/third shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parking operations at the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in management of day-to-day activities including staffing, reports, deposits, audits, hiring/training, and budget prep.
• Assist customers with questions and provide courteous service.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Have thorough knowledge of the garage and surrounding area.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
