Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• A minimum of six months parking/operations experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address.
• Able to read and interpret instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location to ensure operations adhere to contractual guidelines.
• Engage in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and day-end reports.
• Handle cash handling, deposits, and equipment inspections as directed by Facility Manager.
• Respond to customer questions and maintain a professional image at the location.
• Support maintenance of parking equipment and general site tasks as needed.
