SP+ is seeking a location-based coordinator to support daily parking operations at a Wilmington, NC location. You will help ensure contractual compliance, supervise frontline staff, and assist in cash handling, reporting, and customer interactions.

The role requires a High School diploma, possible weekend shifts, and a valid driver’s license. SP+ offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a large national network.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication should be clear; listens and asks for clarification.
• Written communication: reads and interprets written information.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability to changes and handling unexpected events.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Supervise frontline staff, prepare month-end reports, and review cash handling processes.
• Support in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by Facility Manager.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and answer questions.
