Job summary

InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily parking operations at a US-based off-airport location, reporting to the General Manager.

You will lead an experienced team, ensure high service levels, and maintain revenue controls in a fast-paced setting. The role requires safety awareness, problem-solving and strong leadership, with duties spanning staffing, training, and incident response across multiple shifts at Aurora, CO locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality or Accounting preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property with excellence and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, security and equipment issues.
• Monitor financial performance and control expenses to meet goals.
• Supervise and train location staff; assist in hiring as needed.
• Schedule employees to ensure proper staffing and payroll accuracy.
• Maintain cash controls and perform shift handoffs with GM input.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with security and safety teams.
