Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
• Plan personnel utilization, interview, and selection, policy compliance, training oversight, supervision, performance reviews.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the parking facility and equipment.
