Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Manager to ensure policy compliance, maximize profitability, and lead a team across multiple locations. You will hire, coach, and train staff while coordinating events and addressing guest concerns.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected as part of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience required.
• Prior parking experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parking policies and procedures meet expectations while maximizing profitability.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching and counseling of team members across locations.
• Plan and direct special event activities and coordinate with other Supervisors and Directors.
• Respond to and resolve guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims and service discrepancies.
• Maintain continual communication with property management, customers and guests.
• Monitor production levels and performance to implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on equipment use.
• Handle call-offs and assist with scheduling when necessary.
• Diagnosis and preventative care maintenance.
