Job summary

Propark Mobility in Boston, MA is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to supervise frontline staff and coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced parking environment.

The role requires 2+ years of driving with a valid license, ability to manage customer issues, and flexibility to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends. Compensation ranges from $50k to $60k annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of valid driver's license.
• Manual transmission driving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage frontline associates daily.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
• Suggest hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers.
• Provide continuous customer service training at location.
• Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep and maintenance.
• Support office manager with administrative duties.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of parking facility.
• Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
• Review schedules for adequate coverage and cost control.
• Reconcile time cards and payroll for staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• May fill in for frontline staff or the Account Manager during absences.
• Prepare reports and conduct special projects as needed.
