Job summary

SP+ is seeking a seasoned Parking Operations Manager in Houston to oversee day-to-day airport parking operations, staff, and contractual vendors. You will manage budgets, enforce cash controls, and ensure top-tier customer service while coordinating with on-site teams and corporate offices.

The role requires two years of management experience in parking or a related setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Office skills. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience in a large parking operation.
• Airport, customer service and union experience recommended.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and coordinates staff and contract personnel for daily airport parking operations.
• Plans and monitors annual operating budgets and variances.
• Reviews expense reports and enforces proper cash control procedures.
• Ensures adherence to safety, security, and customer service standards.
• Acts as liaison between airport operations, on-site management, and corporate offices.
