Premium Parking in Destin, FL is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee day-to-day parking garage and lot operations. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with property owners, produce financial reports, and supervise staff to meet service and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading projects, training staff, maintaining parking software, and ensuring compliance with company policies while pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience.
• No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years.
• No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding).
• No suspensions within the last 3 years.
