Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager across the United States. This role oversees operations for multiple locations, maintains client relationships, and ensures performance against financial, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.

You will train and develop staff, manage billing and software systems, and collaborate with property owners and management organizations to drive new business opportunities and references.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of parking operations or account management experience.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships with property owners and real estate management organizations.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and monthly projections for executive leadership.
• Maintain parking software and billing systems and ensure accurate data.
• Direct projects related to operation of parking garages and surface lots including maintenance and security.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage salary administration and performance.
• Develop location-level financial and operational goals and support market research.
• Lead Special Event planning and execution; promote Premium Parking and grow new business opportunities.
