Job summary

Fast Park & Relax seeks a Parking Facility Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Raleigh, NC site. You will supervise attendants, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee cash handling, credit card processing, and daily revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
Supervise and train parking attendants; guide customer service and cash handling.
Manage financial transactions and daily revenue reconciliation.
Monitor facility safety, cleanliness and equipment functioning.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on activity, revenue and expenses.
