Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in parking/hospitality.
• Strong communication and cash handling skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train parking attendants; ensure customer service quality.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment function.
• Enforce parking rules and address security concerns as needed.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
• Prepare daily to monthly reports on activity, revenue, and expenses.
