Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned area by foot, golf cart or truck to observe parking violations.
• Enforce location rules with tickets or citations; arrange for towing of violations.
• Issue tickets for expired meters or improper parking; address safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to customers to process payments.
• Record data for citations including time, date and vehicle details.
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated times.
• Inform management of damage or safety issues; report accidents immediately.
• Provide guidance to staff and oversee employee performance.
