Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee day-to-day garage and lot operations across multiple sites. You will manage client relationships, ensure financial performance, and support compliance and customer satisfaction objectives.

You will direct staffing, training, and performance development, while coordinating with property owners and management teams to deliver first-class service and reliable operating results.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking management is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections.
• Maintain parking software and billing systems.
• Oversee operation of parking garages and surface lots, including maintenance and security.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and salary administration.
• Comply with Premium Parking policies and procedures.
