Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability for special shift requirements, including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and courteous, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location within contractual guidelines.
• Support client relations and uphold professional image.
• Supervise frontline staff, process deposits, prepare month-end reports.
• Schedule staff and oversee closing reports and time cards.
