Paycom - ATS in New Orleans is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee daily parking garage and surface lot operations. You will manage client relationships, lead staff, and ensure financial and compliance objectives are met.

The role requires coordinating with property owners, managing reports, and driving business development while maintaining a first-class operation across locations.

Qualifications

• Parking management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience.
• No major violations in past 7 years.
• No more than two minor violations in past year.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and monthly projections.
• Maintain parking software and billing systems.
• Familiarize with access and revenue control systems hardware/software.
• Direct projects related to operation of parking facilities.
