Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining cleanliness outdoors in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. This non-exempt position offers hourly pay with OT eligible and a strong set of benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accommodations may be provided as per law.
• Experience in customer service is preferred; a friendly, helpful attitude is essential.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety, park vehicles securely, and enforce policies.
• Assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks and keep the area presentable.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly demeanor.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support operations.
