Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining cleanliness in varying weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors. Responsibilities include ticketing, payments, reporting, and teamwork to support daily lot operations while adhering to policies and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and direct traffic to ensure a smooth parking experience.
• Handle tickets and payments accurately and maintain records.
• Perform shift logs and document parking activity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable lot and booth.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions from guests.
• Follow safety policies and work with the team to support operations.
