Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Auditor to join the Commercial Parking Division, responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for visitors. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets and process payments accurately.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs and track revenue.
• Administrative Support: Label keys and maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor lot and ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay connected with team.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time and maintain appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
