Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to deliver a safe, guest-focused parking experience. This outdoor role requires friendliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in all weather while guiding guests and enforcing policies.

You will issue tickets, handle payments, log activity, maintain records, and support lot operations. Flexibility and physical endurance are essential, with a professional appearance and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue.
• Label keys and maintain vehicle records.
• Issue security checks and ensure policy compliance.
• Keep the lot clean and presentable; assist with light janitorial tasks.
• Provide friendly help to guests and answer parking questions.
• Coordinate with the team via radios and adhere to schedules.
