Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include ticketing and payments, reporting, administrative tasks, and maintaining overall lot operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, helpful attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and assist guests to ensure a smooth, safe parking experience.
• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately; track receipts and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs; monitor tickets and revenue; document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars and related data.
• Regularly check the lot; report unsafe or suspicious activity; ensure secure parking according to policy.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning or janitorial duties.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions; maintain a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time; follow company policies; maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
