Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure. This outdoor role requires a friendly, detail-oriented candidate comfortable in all weather conditions.

The position emphasizes great customer service, adherence to policies, and reliable attendance. It includes overtime and uniforms as part of a non-exempt, hourly role with benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in 3 years.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork responsibly.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning tasks.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact, and support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
