Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a dependable Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations across multiple properties. You will monitor parking activity, audit vehicles and revenue, assist guests, and help maintain a safe, organized facility.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently across day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking, auditing, cash-handling, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Issue parking tickets, process payments, and maintain accurate vehicle, receipt, and parking records.
• Complete vehicle counts, shift reports, ticket logs, and revenue audits; promptly report discrepancies.
• Inspect parking areas and report hazards, equipment problems, parking violations, and suspicious activity.
• Assist guests with payments, parking questions, and directions.
• Keep parking areas and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and property policies, maintain dependable attendance and a professional appearance, and perform other related duties.
