Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations. You will monitor parking activity, audit vehicles and revenue, assist guests, and help maintain a safe, organized facility.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, parking/auditing or customer-service experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Multiple hospitality properties across the city offer varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking, auditing, cash-handling, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets, process payments, and maintain accurate vehicle, receipt, and parking records.
• Complete vehicle counts, shift reports, ticket logs, and revenue audits; promptly report discrepancies.
• Inspect parking areas and report hazards, equipment problems, parking violations, and suspicious activity.
• Assist guests with payments, parking questions, and directions.
• Keep parking areas and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and property policies, maintain dependable attendance and a professional appearance, and perform other related duties.
