Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience. This outdoor role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, handling tickets and payments, and maintaining a clean, secure lot at hotels and venues.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, with a valid driver's license, the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be completed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue.
• Maintain organized records of parked cars and key control.
• Monitor lot for safety and security; report issues.
• Assist guests with parking questions and payments; provide friendly service.
• Communicate with team via radios and support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Attend trainings and adapt to scheduling needs.
