Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep areas clean, working outdoors in all weather. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable.

You will handle ticketing and payments, maintain logs, and support overall lot operations while upholding safety policies and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments handling accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document revenue.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Monitor lot for safety and policy compliance.
• Perform light cleaning and lot maintenance as needed.
• Assist guests with questions and payments, stay courteous.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality; flexible scheduling.
