Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring for a Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining cleanliness in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of working outdoors. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments handling accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Monitor lot security and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain a clean and presentable parking area and booth.
• Assist guests with questions and payments with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate effectively with team via radios.
• Arrive on time and uphold professional appearance and conduct.
• Take on additional duties to support operations.
