Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Clean motor vehicle record and successful background check required.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue.
• Label keys and record vehicle details; maintain records.
• Check the lot for safety and security; enforce policies.
• Keep the parking area clean; assist with light janitorial tasks.
• Assist guests with questions and payments with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios; maintain team communication.
• Arrive on time and uphold a professional appearance.
• Take on additional duties to support operations.
• Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
