Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to maintain a safe, organized parking environment for guests, team members, and contractors on our oceanfront Maui property.

In this full-time role, you will monitor lots, guide vehicles and pedestrians, and enforce parking rules while reporting safety concerns. A valid driver's license and strong customer service skills are preferred for success in a dynamic, luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in parking operations, security, traffic control, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, contractors, and management.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking lots, garages, and designated parking areas to ensure safety, security, and compliance with property regulations.

Parking Lot Attendant

Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and organized parking environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. This position provides parking directives, regulates construction traffic, monitors compliance with parking regulations, issues citations for violations and reports safety and security concerns. The attendant serves as a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities and promote a positive guest experience while ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians throughout the property. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Security Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Monitor parking lots, garages, and designated parking areas to ensure safety, security, and compliance with property regulations.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, provide parking instructions, and maintain orderly parking operations while reducing congestion.
• Verify compliance with hotel parking rules, permits, and designated parking assignments; issue parking warnings and citations for violations.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in parking operations, security, traffic control, construction site access control, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, contractors, and management.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain calm in high‑traffic or stressful situations.
• Basic computer and report writing skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• .Knowledge of Hotel parking regulations, traffic control practices, and enforcement procedures.
• Ability to identify and report safety, security, and construction‑related concerns.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
