Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is hiring a Pool Attendant to welcome guests, orient them to pool services and assist with seating and towel arrangements. You will load and manage guest information in the reservations system, and ensure water and ice are provided promptly.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience within Four Seasons or similar, along with a Hawaii Food Handler’s Card and TB clearance.

• Customer service experience required by position is from six months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, providing pool orientation and explanation of services, assist guests finding adequate seating, setting guest's chairs up with ample towels and entering detailed guest information into reservations system. Bringing guests water and ice once seated.
• Lifting pushing carrying supplies and or linen transport items to the guest in a timely manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, assist with umbrellas, ascertain satisfaction, removal of linen, or any trash items, cleaning of guest area after departure, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Pool Attendant

Welcome and orient guests to poolside services. Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Pool & Beach Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
