Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a friendly valet attendant to greet guests, park cars, and provide directions. You will ensure safety and deliver high hospitality standards in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have a valid US driver's license, physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. This role offers growth in a premier resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car in the hotel or local garage.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the area and its attractions.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.
• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
• Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, etc.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Hails taxis as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• As the first and last impression of the Resort, this department carries a special responsibility .We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills are required.
• This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Positions requires up to 8 hours of standing and walking.
• Valid US drivers license required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
