Four Seasons Maui is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to join our security team. The role reports to the Security Management Team and supports 24/7 operations on the resort campus.

You will patrol public and staff areas, uphold security policies, and contribute to a safe guest and employee environment in a luxury, open-air beachfront setting. This role offers competitive compensation and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year security or related work is preferred.
• Ability to Read and Write English.
• Guard Card as defined in HRS section 463-10.5 (aka Act 208).
• First-Aid, CPR, and AED Certificate required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• The Security department is active 24 hours a day and is responsible for the day-to-day patrolling of public and employee areas, ensuring that losses from whatever source and by whatever means are minimized, security policies maintained and Health and Safety regulations observed.

• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
