Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor role supports guests, enforces policies, and helps keep the lot safe and organized.

The position requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual who can work outdoors in varying weather and shift schedules. Primary duties include processing tickets and payments, logging activity, maintaining records, and assisting with equipment and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Positive, helpful attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments processing and accurate recordkeeping.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Monitor lot security and report unsafe or suspicious activity.
• Keep the parking area, booth, and surroundings clean.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Communicate with team via radios to support operations.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
