Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor. You will be the first smile guests see, greeting them warmly, guiding them to their destinations, and supporting the Bell and Valet teams to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a High School Diploma or equivalent, and 6+ months of customer service experience. Perks include health benefits, free parking, meals, and discount access.

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
• Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Learn and follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-friendly arrival experience.
