MGM Resorts International is hiring a Valet Attendant at National Harbor, Maryland. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure outstanding service to every guest as they arrive for a memorable visit.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with prior valet experience preferred, and able to operate automatic transmissions. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Earn $13.16 per hour plus tips with employee benefits and parking perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior valet attendant experience preferred.
• Able to operate automatic transmission vehicles (stick shift preferred).
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving guests warmly at the valet entrance with enthusiasm.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles and handles claim checks.
• Assists guests with special needs and directions as needed.
• Reports issues to security or supervisor to prevent congestion.
• Manages vehicle flow to minimize lines at the entrance.
• Answers questions about hotel, restaurants, events, and attractions.
• Escorts guests and assists with luggage as necessary.
