Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Parking Ambassador at MGM Grand in Las Vegas to deliver friendly, efficient parking services and assist guests with hotel information and local attractions. You will manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and service standards.

The starting rate is $14.65 per hour, with opportunities to showcase hospitality skills, address guest concerns, and contribute to a high-energy, entertainment-focused property.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at parking entrance with courteous, efficient service.
• Regulate vehicle flow to prevent congestion and delays.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions to respond to inquiries.
• Resolve guest problems within authority or refer to supervisor.
• Report alleged thefts or missing items to supervisor or security for investigation.
