Job summary

MGM Grand in Las Vegas is hiring a Parking Ambassador to create a welcoming first impression and manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment. You will assist guests with hotel information and local attractions while maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.

The role requires excellent guest service, knowledge of MGM services, and the ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism. Starting pay is $14.65 per hour with employee perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance, providing courteous, efficient parking services.
• Regulate vehicle flow to avoid traffic congestion and delays following protocols.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions to answer guest inquiries accurately.
