Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Front Services Supervisor for MGM National Harbor. You will lead the Front Services team, dispatch drivers, and coordinate with Valet to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.

You will uphold service standards and support guest experiences that reflect the MGM brand. The ideal candidate has 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of supervisory hospitality or transportation experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory experience within hospitality or transportation/valet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations within Front Services, guiding staff according to the department vision.
• Manage dispatch and scheduling for limo drivers, ensuring timely guest arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate with other property departments to resolve guest requests and issues quickly.
• Maintain service standards and respond to emergencies following procedures.
• Partner with Valet operations to ensure smooth arrival/departure flow.
• Foster teamwork, staff development, and adherence to company policies and diversity commitments.
