MGM Grand in Las Vegas is hiring a Parking Ambassador to create a welcoming first impression and manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment. You will assist guests with hotel information and local attractions while maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.

The role requires excellent guest service, knowledge of MGM services, and the ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism. Starting pay is $14.65 per hour with employee perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience required.

THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM Grand, you create a welcoming first impression by delivering friendly, efficient service from the moment guests arrive. You'll manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe and seamless parking operations while minimizing congestion and delays. As a knowledgeable property ambassador, you'll assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, and personalized recommendations. You'll also address guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed and maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.

THE STARTING RATE:

$14.65

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ Months of prior relevant guest service experience required
