Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Garage Porter/Attendant to keep parking facilities clean, safe, and organized while providing excellent guest service. The role reports to the Garage Attendant Supervisor and offers full-time or part-time schedules with non-exempt status.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of performing light maintenance and guest assistance in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required; background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, stairwells, and pay stations.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment use and report hazards.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Document maintenance issues and hazards and report to management.
• Address weather-related safety, such as snow or rain hazards.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules.
