Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; customer service experience preferred and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; clean driving record.
• Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening.
• Follow company policies and adapt to changing work environments while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Provide superior customer service, resolve issues, and support teamwork.
• Maintain regular attendance and corporate standards; arrive in full uniform and groomed.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules as assigned.
