Parking Management Company is seeking a Parking Garage Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in our facilities. You will assist guests, perform minor maintenance tasks, and support operations in various weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently with a strong customer-service mindset and flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; background check must be clear.
• No special certifications are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, stairwells, and elevators; general upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures; report hazards; maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle difficult guest situations professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep parking signs, pay stations, and equipment clean and functional.
• Document and report maintenance issues or suspicious activity to management.
• Address snow, ice, or water accumulation to ensure safe conditions.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training on time.
