Job summary

You will patrol for violations, monitor meters and spaces, issue citations, collect details, and coordinate with towing or booting services. You may assist Fleet tasks and events, communicate parking rules to the public, and help maintain records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus customer service experience.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular patrols to identify violations of CNM parking regulations and stays updated on changes in CNM parking regulations and local ordinances.
• Monitors meters, signs, and designated spaces to uphold compliance.
• Issues parking citations to vehicles in violation of CNM parking regulations.
• Records essential details such as the date, time, and location of the violation.
• Collaborates with towing services to address illegally parked vehicles and participating in booting operations.
• Supports Fleet Department with vehicle transport, maintenance, fueling, and event-related traffic control.
