Job summary

MCCNO is hiring for a Parking Attendant responsible for directing vehicles, communicating parking operations plans, and ensuring pedestrian safety on campus. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will perform lot inspections, operate POS devices for receipts, and maintain parking area cleanliness and safety in all lot areas across campus.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and communicate the Parking Operations, Safety/Security and Lot Maintenance plan to campus team leadership.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with patrons and staff.
• Direct vehicles to designated areas using available department equipment.
• Set up and adjust traffic control devices in assigned areas.
• Patrol parking areas and report any unusual or suspicious activity to management.
• Provide customer service to patrons and guide pedestrians and motorists to designated areas.
